Fabio Bertolotti – Patent Length, Innovation, and the Role of Technological Externalities

On November 16, 18:30-19:30 GMT, we are delighted to be hosting Fabio Bertolotti, PhD student from the LSE Economics Department, with her insights into determining optimal patent length to maximise innovation and long-term growth.

The event will be held on Zoom and involve Fabio presenting his research paper on optimal patent length for welfare and innovation in the context of quasi-experimental variation in American patent length.
